Saiful’s proven track record of strong, decisive leadership is evident in the success of previous companies that he has founded. Most recently he founded Mi3, a global information services and IT consulting firm with customers across the energy, financial, healthcare, and wireless communications industries. Prior to Mi3, Saiful spent more than 15 years designing and developing complex software applications for telecom, airlines, and financial services companies including AT&T, Cingular Wireless, BellSouth, Alltel, Convergys, Delta, and Ceridian. He has an extensive technology/business background in international and multi-cultural markets.

Armed with a philanthropic mindset and motivated to help people gain technology and social tools for a better life, Saiful participates in social welfare programs in Bangladesh and the United States. Here, his work focuses on children, education, and the health of disadvantaged people. Saiful earned his Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Masters of Science Degree in Technology Management from Mercer University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from the DeVry Institute of Technology.

With thirty years of business leadership experience, Bruce brings to FreebeePay expertise in ecommerce, domestic and international wireless communications, software development and operations. Including most recently three years as the CEO for Instawares, LLC turning round an online restaurant supply and equipment business where he currently serves as Member of the Board of Directors. Previously he was the SVP & CIO at T-Mobile USA where he was responsible all I.T. platforms managing a team of 2000 and annual expenditures of $1B and VP-IT at Powertel, Inc. one of the predecessors of T-Mobile. Prior to joining Powertel he was Director of Projects at L.H.S. a provider of customer care and billing systems to wireless service providers. Bruce came to these positions after eighteen years of increasingly responsible roles in BellSouth’s International, Mobility and Information Systems departments.

Emma is a seasoned sales professional with 10 years of experience in communications technology and software field. She has a proven track record of exceeding her sales quota’s while at Cbeyond, Earthlink and Instant InfoSystems. While at Cbeyond she led the startup team that was able to open and grow all of the Southern California markets before their successful IPO in May of 2005.

She has extensive experience working within the United States as well as internationally. She has a BA in International Business from University of California Santa Barbara. Emma has qualified and attended eight Presidents club trips since the beginning of her sales career. Emma has 14 top Sales representative awards. She continually surpassed quota and maintained an average of 122% over plan.
